Intermediario entre cliente y empresa que presta los servicios financieros. Hace recomendaciones a los clientes sobre como diversificar las inversiones basado en su perfil de riesgo, patrimonio, capital de inversión, necesidades, etc.
BROKER:
Entidad financiera regulada que custodia las cuentas de inversión de las personas o empresas y dá la conexión, via plataforma electrónica, al trader con los mercados financieros mundiales.
TRADER / OPERADOR BURSATIL:
Analista que toma las decisiones y ejecuta las transacciones
con los diferentes instrumentos de mercados financieros. Puede ser un trader independiente (operando su propia cuenta) o
prestar servicios a entidades financieras.
WHAT DO EACH ONE DOES?
FINANCIAL ADVISOR :
Intermediary between the client and financial institution. Makes recommendations to clients about how to diversify the investments considering the risk profile, assets, risk capital, needs, etc.
BROKER:
Regulated financial institution that holds the trading/investment accounts and connects the trader, through an electronic platform, to the global financial markets.
TRADER:
Analist that makes the decisions and executes the transactions with the different instruments of the financial markets.
